VAT & invoicing. Prices are shown including VAT where applicable. After successful payment you'll receive an email with your ticket and an invoice number you can download from your account.
No 14-day withdrawal right. A congress ticket is a leisure service supplied on a specific date, so the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (OUG 34/2014, art. 16 lit. l). What applies instead: a 50% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before the congress, and a full refund if we cancel the event. See the Refund Policy.
Your seat is held for 15 minutes. When you start checkout, the ticket is reserved for you for 15 minutes to complete payment. If payment isn't finished in time, the reservation is cancelled automatically and the seat goes back on sale. If a payment still goes through after that window — by mistake — it is refunded within a few working days.
Before you pay. By completing a purchase you accept the Terms and Conditions. Your rights as a consumer, and how to complain, are set out in Consumer rights.
